90-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Phototo3dArt.com, we are committed to creating a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience for you. That is why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return and exchange service for all items. Below are the details of our policy. All terms take effect from the date of purchase. Please review these conditions to see if they apply to your item.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Prior Authorization: Please contact our customer service to apply for a return and receive approval first.

    Important: Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  2. Time Limit: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.

  3. Item Condition: All returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered.

  4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Chemical Exposure: Products exposed to corrosive substances or harsh chemicals. This includes, but is not limited to, liquid silver polish, pool water, hot tubs, and spas. (Oxidized silver is easily damaged).

  • Misuse: Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance.

  • Exchanged Items: We do not accept refunds for items that have already been exchanged once.

  • Natural Oxidation: Silver jewelry may darken over time due to oxidation (this is used to highlight details). This can be easily restored using a silver polishing cloth.

  • Personalized Items: We do not accept returns on Personalized Photo Pendants unless the physical product does not match the photo provided to Phototo3dArt (as outlined in our policy).

Return & Exchange Process

  • Step 1: If you are unsatisfied, contact our customer service representative at mendosaioakim@gmail.com.

  • Step 2: Place the item in its original packaging and seal the parcel securely.

  • Step 3: Ship the package via your local post office.

  • Step 4: Once received, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days according to our terms.

  • Final Step: We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your package.

  • Timeline: Funds will return to your original payment account in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Fees: Your bank or payment provider may charge a small transaction fee.

  • Method: PayPal payments are refunded via PayPal; credit/debit card payments are refunded only to the original card.

Shipping Fee Refunds

Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. Since we incur actual shipping costs even for "free shipping" orders, these costs are deducted from the refund. For undamaged items returned by choice, the customer bears all return shipping costs.

$10 Return Shipping Reimbursement

Phototo3dArt will provide a $10 Store Credit for return shipping in the following cases:

  1. The customer received the wrong item.

  2. The item arrived damaged, defective, or with incorrect engraving. (Note: Damaged/defective claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.)

Please Note: Phototo3dArt reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the required conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 Hours: Free cancellation.

  • 24–48 Hours: 80% refund of the product price + full shipping refund. (A 20% restocking fee applies).

  • After 48 Hours: 50% refund of the product price + full shipping refund.

  • After Shipped: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
